To further solidify the safety production defense line and enhance employees’ safety awareness and emergency response capabilities, on June 13, 2025, the Xingtai High-Tech Zone Science, Technology, and Statistics Bureau organized professional personnel to go deep into the production line of Hebei Messi Biology Co., Ltd. to carry out a special safety production science popularization training activity themed “Everyone Talks Safety, Everyone Knows Emergency Response – Finding Safety Hazards Around Us.” The activity aimed to deeply root safety concepts in the company’s daily operations and ensure that safety production responsibilities are implemented for every employee.

During the training session, the Science, Technology, and Statistics Bureau staff, grounded in solid professional knowledge and combined with the production characteristics of products such as magnesium oxide, magnesium carbonate, magnesium sulfate, and magnesium hydroxide, systematically explained core topics including “Standard Storage and Management of Chemical Products,” “Identification and Prevention of Dust Explosion Risks,” “Safety Operation Points for Special Equipment,” “Laboratory Safety Regulations,” and “Emergency Evacuation and Initial Fire Fighting.” They not only deeply elaborated on the spirit of laws and regulations such as the “Safety Production Law” but also used real accident cases that have occurred in similar enterprises in recent years to analyze the root causes of the accidents, sounding the alarm for the trainees. The staff emphasized, “Safety is by no means just a slogan; it must be integrated into every operation and every step. ‘Everyone Talks Safety’ requires everyone to be constantly vigilant, while ‘Everyone Knows Emergency Response’ requires developing the ability to turn danger into safety at critical moments.”

Under the guidance of the Science and Technology Bureau personnel, employees of Hebei Messi Biology Co., Ltd. actively participated in a practical exercise of “Finding Hazards Around Us.” The trainees were divided into groups and went deep into key areas of the factory, using the knowledge learned in the training to conduct detailed inspections of key links such as the operating status of production equipment, the effectiveness of safety protection devices, the allocation of fire-fighting equipment, the compliance of electrical circuits, and the storage identification of chemicals. In simulated scenarios, employees conducted realistic drills on subjects such as “Preliminary Handling of Hazardous Chemical Leaks,” “Response to Emergency Evacuation Signals,” and “Rapid and Effective Use of Fire Extinguishers.” An employee who participated in the inspection said, “In the past, I was used to certain hidden dangers, but now I have learned to examine them with a professional eye. For example, the height of raw material stacking and the effectiveness of ventilation systems are directly related to safety.”
