On July 29th, a safety knowledge lecture focusing on the core of safety production, themed around the “Ankang Cup,” was enthusiastically held at Hebei Messi Biology Co., Ltd. This event was carefully planned jointly by the Hebei Provincial Energy and Chemical Trade Union, the Xingtai City Federation of Trade Unions, and the High-Tech Zone Federation of Trade Unions, with the distinct theme of “Delivering Safety, Entering Enterprises, Benefiting Employees, and Promoting Development,” accurately delivering the deep care and professional protection of trade union organizations to the front lines of production.

The lecture aimed to strengthen the implementation of the enterprise’s primary responsibility for safety production and effectively enhance the safety awareness and emergency response capabilities of front-line employees. Zhu Jie, Member of the Working Committee and Deputy Director of the Management Committee of Xingtai High-Tech Zone, emphasized in her opening speech: “Safety is the cornerstone of development and the greatest well-being of employees. This three-level trade union linkage is to deliver the most practical safety knowledge and the most considerate protective services to enterprises like Messi Biology that are rooted in real industries, providing a solid umbrella of protection for the safety and health of employees.”
The banner of the “Ankang Cup” competition was raised high at Messi Biology. This event is a vivid demonstration of trade union organizations serving the overall situation and caring for employees. Xue Yingmin, Executive Vice Chairman of the High-Tech Zone Federation of Trade Unions, stated that they will continue to deepen such “safety delivery to enterprises” activities in the future, promoting a safety culture that truly takes root in workshops and teams, making “everyone talks about safety, everyone knows how to respond to emergencies” a permanent cornerstone for safeguarding enterprise development and ensuring employee well-being. When knowledge becomes armor and safety awareness is deeply ingrained, every production post can become a solid fortress for safeguarding the dignity of life.
The lecture content directly addressed the key points of enterprise safety production. Senior experts from the Emergency Management Bureau in the field of safety production, combined with the specific production processes and potential risk points of Messi Biology, deeply analyzed key aspects such as standardized management, equipment operating safety procedures, hazard investigation in work places, and emergency response. The course abandoned tedious theory and used a large number of real accident cases as mirrors, using shocking images and in-depth analysis to sound the alarm for the employees present. The experts especially focused on the high-risk points in Messi Biology’s actual production scenarios, such as confined space operations and dust explosion prevention, providing key deconstruction and prevention strategy guidance to ensure that the knowledge is “understandable, memorable, and applicable.”

The atmosphere of on-site learning was strong. Front-line employees of Messi Biology listened attentively and actively participated in the interactive sessions. In the simulated emergency drill section, everyone enthusiastically came to the stage to practice CPR and fire extinguisher operation, correcting action details under the expert’s hands-on guidance. Wang Qiang, head of the safety management department, said with deep feeling: “This training is like a timely rain. The several operational blind spots pointed out by the experts are precisely the links that we easily overlook in our daily management. In particular, the interpretation of the new standards for dust concentration monitoring provides us with a clear direction for subsequent improvement of the system.”
The management of Hebei Messi Biology Co., Ltd. expressed its deep gratitude to the trade union for “delivering teaching to the door.” The person in charge of the company said that the lecture not only precisely supplemented the shortcomings of the enterprise’s safety management, but also vividly interpreted the management concept of “people-oriented,” injecting strong safety impetus into the high-quality development of the enterprise.
