To vigorously promote the spirit of model workers, the spirit of labor, and the spirit of craftsmanship, and to fully leverage the exemplary and leading role of advanced models, a presentation for National Model Workers and ‘Yanzhao Role Models’ was held on the morning of September 18, 2025, at Xingtai Quancheng Hall, as per the unified arrangement of the Xingtai Federation of Trade Unions. This presentation was organized by the Hebei Federation of Trade Unions, inviting several National Labor Models and advanced workers to share their inspiring stories. Hebei Messi Biology Co., Ltd. attached great importance to this event, with General Manager Feng Wenjie personally leading a delegation that included the head of the company’s trade union, Liu Linze (a Hebei Province Labor Model) – an engineer from the technical division – and representatives of frontline employees.
During the presentation, four National Labor Models and advanced workers – Zheng Jiuqiang, Chief Operating Expert at Hegang Group Tanggang Company; Dai Kun, Professor at Tangshan Industrial Vocational Technical University; Li Yongguo, Automation Production Technician at the Injection Molding Sub-factory of Gree Electric Appliances (Shijiazhuang) Co., Ltd.; and Guo Yangang, Maintenance Technician at the Ironmaking General Plant of Delong Steel Co., Ltd. – vividly shared their moving experiences and outstanding contributions in areas such as technological innovation, overcoming difficulties, and serving society, based on their own professional practices. Their stories fully demonstrated the sense of responsibility and professional pursuit of industrial workers and intellectuals in the new era, deeply inspiring every listener present.
Representatives from Hebei Messi Biology Co., Ltd. listened attentively and took detailed notes throughout the session, deeply appreciating the model workers’ spirit of dedication, pursuit of excellence, and selfless contribution. General Manager Feng Wenjie stated that the company would leverage this presentation as an opportunity to further foster a strong atmosphere of “respecting model workers, learning from model workers, and striving to be model workers” within the company, guiding all employees to emulate model workers, excel in their roles, innovate with determination, and pursue excellence.

Concurrently, the company will intensify its publicity efforts, widely disseminating model worker stories through various channels such as internal publications, bulletin boards, and WeChat official accounts, to ignite employees’ passion for work and creativity.
